EDUCATION: Miss Stephanie Joy Koop is a recent graduate from Bethel College in Mishawaka, Indiana. Her passion is ministry through teaching, worship, discipleship, evangelism, and leadership, and was heavily involved in these areas on campus. Although her degree was in Social Studies Education for older students, Stephanie loves working with the 2nd Grade students at Veritas Academy. Stephanie is encouraged by all the parents and faculty who have helped make her transition into her first year teaching fruitful.

TESTIMONY:As a child, Stephanie grew under the protection of the Lord. With her father as an Army Chaplain and her mother as a family counselor, Stephanie's faith was nurtured by the truths that were presented through the Bible and the example of her parents. After giving her life to Jesus Christ at a young age, she felt a strong calling from the Lord for teaching and missions. She knows that the Lord has called and equipped her for Veritas and she prasies God for each child in her class.

FUTURE: While Stephanie's desire is to teach, she realizes that the rest of her life will be filled with learning abou the Lord and his plan for His kingdom. Stephanie knows that teaching is one method the Lord has given her for enhancing His kingdom, whether in Alabama or in Africa. She hopes to use teaching as a tool for foreign missions during the summers.
